Part of the AGC of Michigan’s effort to deliver the services you need in 2008 involves a robust continuing education program.

Our new CONSTRUCTED program will deliver training and education opportunities for your most valuable resource. . .your employees! Based on your input and the work of the Continuing Education Committee, the AGC of Michigan has developed this year-long series of educational opportunities which will be offered throughout the state. Future Construction Leaders of Michigan - Session 1 (September 12, 2008) & Session 2 (October 10, 2008 )
The Future Construction Leaders of Michigan (FCLM) program was developed with the Young Constructor Committee to provide educational, networking and charitable activities for the development of future industry leaders. Enrollment of key individuals in this program allows you to make sure future challenges in your company and the industry are met by well-informed, knowledgeable individuals. Certificates are provided for those individuals fulfilling the program requirements. This program is limited to no more than 30 people. [registration]

Building to LEED-NC Course - September 18, 2008 - Brighton
This full-day course will provide an overview of the LEED-NC rating system with a focus on the means and methods of construction. [registration]

ConsensusDOCS: A New United Voice for Construction Contracts - September 25, 2008 - Lansing
Attend this seminar to learn more about the ConsensusDOCS, how they compare tot he AIA documents and why they are gaining propularity. [registration]

Silver Bullets to Improve Project Profitability - October 24, 2008 - Brighton
At this half-day workshop attendees will participate in hands-on exercises in project execution awareness, planning and measurement. Topics that will be covered are financial overview, pipeworks, motivational tactics and meeting management. [registration]
